Do you provide the alcohol?

In accordance with Arizona law, we do not sell alcohol. Clients purchase the alcohol directly. We’ll work with you on curating a drink menu, we’ll guide you on exactly how much to order and the best selections for your guest count and event menu. Though our clients purchase the alcohol and ensure it is on site the day of the event, we handle every other detail. From ambiance, to mixers, to ice and glassware.

Can I add cigars to my event?

Absolutely. We offer optional cigar packages that pair perfectly with our cocktail service, adding a distinctive and memorable element to your celebration. We can also supply cigar services only with one of our Bar Cart selection.

Can I hire The Bond Bar for bartending services only?

The Bond Bar provides luxury experiences and each package starts with the selection of one of our bars. We do not provide bartending services without at least on of our signature bars.

Are you willing to travel for events?

Absolutely. Our package pricing includes all events within 30 miles. If your event is beyond 30 miles we charge as follows: 31 – 60 miles $250 flat rate fee, 61 – 120 miles $500 flat rate fee, 121 – 160 miles $650 flat rate fee, beyond 160 miles and a custom quote will be provided.

What is your payment & cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is required to book your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Cancellations policies are listed within our event Master Services Agreement that will be sent upon booking.

When should we book?

Ideally, as soon as possible. At The Bond Bar, we love to create something unforgettable with you. Part of our planning process is connecting all the dots and ensuring all of your desired ideas and plans come to life. The more time we have to create that magic, the better. We also need to ensure that your venue and our services align – timing is of the essence for planning and booking.

Are you licensed, insured and certified?

Absolutely! We are fully licensed with both general and liquor liability insurance. And our team carries multiple certifications, including Title 4 and Food Preparation Certification.

What does The Bond Bar require for set up?

For our trailer – we require flat ground, service access for set-up and break down, and two standard outlets within 75 feet of our trailer. We can add a generator to your package if there is not access to electricity.

How do I book The Bond Bar?

You can book The Bond Bar through our website, by clicking on the BOOK NOW button in our header. Once we receive your inquiry, we will call you within 24 hours to review your request and guide you through selecting the perfect package for your event. The event is not book until we receive a signed contract and deposit.
